BHP Sexual Discrimination Class Action
Omni Bridgeway is funding a class action against BHP for female employees who experienced sex-based discrimination, sexual assault and/or harassment in BHP's workplaces. Eligible people may register their interest to receive information about the class action.
- You may be eligible if
- Employees, contractors, sub-contractors or any other agents who worked at a BHP site or its related subsidiaries from 25 November 2003 to 27 November 2023 and believe they experienced sex-based discrimination, sexual assault and/or sexual harassment during their employment by another BHP employee, contractor or subcontractor.
