Bupa Aged Care Class Action
Echo Law has commenced a class action on behalf of residents of Bupa aged care homes who experienced substandard care. The claim alleges Bupa Aged Care Australia failed to provide the minimum acceptable level of care.

- People who were residents in a Bupa aged care home at any time between 1 July 2019 and 31 March 2025. Where a former resident has died, their estate may be eligible to participate.
