People who booked and travelled on listed Scenic, Evergreen or Emerald European river cruises scheduled between 1 June and 31 December 2018 may be group members in this class action against Scenic Tours Pty Ltd. The claim says the cruises were disrupted by low river levels caused by drought, and the defendant denies the allegations.
