Grill'd rest breaks class action
Gordon Legal, supported by the SDA, has launched a class action for Grill'd workers who did not receive their 10 minute paid rest breaks on shifts of 4 hours or more. Compensation may be available if the class action is successful.

- People who worked at a Grill'd operated restaurant between Dec 2019 and Dec 2025, worked shifts of 4 hours or more, and didn't always receive their 10 minute paid rest breaks. Franchise stores are not covered.
