Medibank Data Breach Class Action
Omni Bridgeway is co-funding a class action against Medibank for people affected by the data breach that occurred on or about 12 October 2022. Group members are people insured under a Medibank or ahm health insurance policy, or who provided personal information to obtain a health insurance quote, whose information was disclosed in the breach.

- Persons who at any time between 21 December 2001 and 12 October 2022 were insured under a Medibank or ahm Health Insurance Policy, or provided personal information to Medibank or ahm for the purpose of obtaining a quote for health insurance from Medibank or ahm, and whose personal information was disclosed as a result of the Data Breach.
