South Australia Sunday Shift Class Actions
Shine Lawyers has filed class actions for South Australian fast-food and retail workers who worked at least one Sunday shift during set periods and were not provided public holiday entitlements, including penalty rates and leave. - People who worked at least one Sunday shift in South Australia between 17 November 2019 and 31 December 2023 at McDonald's, or between 4 December 2019 and 31 December 2023 at Big W or Woolworths Supermarkets, or between 15 December 2019 and 31 December 2023 at Hungry Jacks, or between 23 December 2019 and 31 December 2023 at Coles. You only need to register once even if you worked for more than one of these employers.
