Sun Princess Norovirus class action
Shine Lawyers has filed a class action against Carnival Plc, trading as P&O Cruises, over norovirus outbreaks on eight successive Sun Princess voyages between 5 December 2016 and 26 February 2017. Passengers on those voyages may register for the class action whether or not they fell ill.
