Who runs it

Owed To You is run by TODO-OPERATOR name of the person or team, trading as TODO-OPERATOR legal entity name (ABN TODO-OPERATOR ABN), in Australia. We built it because money owed to Australians is spread across many registers and claim notices, and nobody checks them for you.

How we make money

Searching and claiming are free.

• We plan to offer an optional Watch plan that keeps checking for you and emails you about new matches and deadlines.
• We don't take a cut of money you recover, and we don't charge to claim.
• We don't show ads, sell your information, or get paid by law firms or litigation funders.

Privacy in brief

• A name you search is used once to look up the registers. It isn't stored, logged or put in a web address.
• If you create an account, we keep your email address to sign you in and, if you choose, to send alerts.
• Your information is stored in Australia, and we don't share it with anyone else.

Spotting a scam

We don't ask for your bank details, a password, or a fee to claim. Government agencies don't either. If someone contacts you saying they can recover money for a fee, check the official register yourself first. Claiming is free.
