Macquarie Shield Master Fund Class Action
Gordon Legal has commenced a class action on behalf of Rachelle Dessent against Macquarie over the collapse of the Shield Master Fund. People who were members of Macquarie Super and whose super was invested in Shield through Macquarie in the stated period may be eligible to register.
Who may be eligible
People who were members of the Macquarie Superannuation Plan (Macquarie Super) from 1 March 2022, and who between 1 March 2022 and 5 June 2023 directed, or had their authorised financial advisor direct, funds from their Macquarie Super account into a Shield Master Fund risk class, and who suffered loss or damage by reason of Macquarie's conduct.
